OUR PROCESS

1) Introductory Call
First, we'll begin with a short introductory call for 30 minutes. During this call, we'll discuss the main aspects of your business and what you hope to achieve. Rest assured, anything you share will be kept private and confidential.
2) Preliminary Offer
At this stage, we will take an in-depth and closer look at your business's financial data required to make a well informed preliminary offer detailed in a Letter of Intent (LOI).
3) Due Diligence
With the help of expert advisors, we will initiate the documentation process and work to complete financial, business, market, and legal facets of due diligence. We will also collaborate on creating a transition plan with the best interest of the future of your business, employees, and customers in mind.
4) Closing
If everything is to your satisfaction, we will finalize signing all necessary documents, initiate the transfer of funds, and legal ownership.
5) Transition
To ensure the success of your business, we will continue to work with your team to smoothly implement the transition plan.

Dr. Mel is a Board-Certified Internist and Geriatrician dedicated to making a positive impact on her community through promoting healthcare literacy, wellness, and mentorship. Raised in Haiti, her journey began with a pursuit of higher education in the United States. Dr. Chamblain's passion for common conditions associated with aging and end-of-life care led her to pursue a geriatric fellowship at NYU Langone Hospital in Long Island, NY. Eager to contribute to her hometown community, she returned to South Florida to work as a primary care provider honoring the underserved population with affordable care.Dr. Chamblain firmly believes in the power of mentorship and its role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce. She actively participates in mentorship programs within her community, offering guidance and empowerment to aspiring professionals. Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Chamblain actively participates in community outreach programs by attending church events, breast cancer awareness initiatives, and educational events.Dr. Chamblain's exceptional dedication and sense of innovation have been recognized, as she was honored with the Top Doctor 2023 award in Aventura Magazine's May 2023 issue.
