4) Closing

If everything is to your satisfaction, we will finalize signing all necessary documents, initiate the transfer of funds, and legal ownership.

Raised in Haiti, her journey began with a pursuit of higher education in the United States. Dr. Chamblain's passion for common conditions associated with aging and end-of-life care led her to pursue a geriatric fellowship at NYU Langone Hospital in Long Island, NY. Eager to contribute to her hometown community, she returned to South Florida to work as a primary care provider honoring the underserved population with affordable care.Dr. Chamblain firmly believes in the power of mentorship and its role in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce. She actively participates in mentorship programs within her community, offering guidance and empowerment to aspiring professionals.
