Sunnyside Growth Partners (“Sunnyside Growth Partners,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a direct, confidential buyer of home health and healthcare-adjacent businesses. The Site provides general information about our acquisition criteria and process and allows business owners, and the attorneys, accountants, and investment bankers who advise them, to request a confidential conversation with us.

2. No Legal, Financial, or Advisory Relationship

The Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, investment, or M&A advisory advice, and no such advice should be inferred from its content. Submitting an inquiry through the Site, providing your phone number, or having a conversation with Sunnyside Growth Partners does not create any advisory, fiduciary, agency, partnership, or other professional relationship, and does not obligate either party to proceed with any transaction. Any potential acquisition remains subject to due diligence, negotiation, and a definitive written agreement between the parties.

3. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to provide it (for example, on behalf of a business you own or a client you are authorized to refer).

Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of any purchase or engagement with our services.

• Message and data rates may apply. Charges from your wireless carrier may apply to messages sent and received.
• Opt-out. You may cancel this Program at any time. Text STOP to the number you received messages from. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive messages from us unless you opt in again.
• Resubscribing. If you wish to resume receiving messages, submit a new request through the Site or contact us directly using the information in Section 15 below.
• Help. If you are experiencing issues, reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at the phone number or email address in Section 15 below.
• Carriers not liable. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Supported carriers. As with any technology, delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by factors outside our control, including your carrier and device.

This Program, and our collection and use of your mobile information in connection with it, is described further in our Privacy Policy, including our commitment not to share your text messaging opt-in data and consent with third parties for marketing purposes. This Program operates in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable carrier guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Sunnyside Growth Partners or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
